Notice The Strand--a bike path that runs along the ocean for 22 miles—from the Palos Verdes Peninsula to the north end of Santa Monica. It is used for walking, jogging, walking the dog, skating, skateboarding, as well as biking. There is really no other place like it—ocean-swept clean air, warm climate with low humidity, close to just about everything, top schools (all with 900+ API scores), pristine flat and wide beaches, big surfing waves, upscale downtown area, great restaurants, boutique shops, and properties that hold their values better than in almost any area in California.That is because of scarcity of buildable land and the desirability of the area. About me and how I operate.

As a former successful business owner I run my real estate business as a team. My full-time assistant and husband makes up the other half of my team, and we specialize in the three beach cities (Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo) as well as the entire South Bay of Los Angeles County. He is a former and long-time Realtor and knows very well all phases of real estate (as I do), including income properties, 1031 exchanges, luxury homes, and all price ranges of residential properties. I bring the most value to Buyers by finding the right properties and the best deals, knowing how to drive prices down and knowing how to be sure terms are in the Buyer’s best interest (like who does the repairs), making sure there are no mistakes in selecting properties, and assuring that all transactions run smoothly and problem-free. When representing Sellers I get the properties sold at the highest prices the market will bear, and that requires a strong and effective marketing program designed to reach the maximum number of buyers.

I never try to “buy a listing,” meaning I don’t tell a Seller that I can get their home sold, for example, for $900,000 when other agents calculated a realistic list price of $850,00 and the true market value is $850,000. Many agents “buy the listing” and in a few weeks they come back to the owner and say we will have to reduce the price. In cases like that, usually the final selling price will be lower than $850,000. This is legal, but unethical because it short changes the Seller (and backfires on the agent). I always look out for my clients' best interests.

I am generous with my time, so you can expect me to devote all the time needed to find the right home in the most desirable Beach Cities and entire South Bay neighborhoods in your price range. My experience on both sides of the table (buyers and sellers) gives me an advantage when negotiating on behalf of buyers. My expertise includes knowing how to get low offers accepted. Sometimes it requires making a lowball offer, and after it is flat out rejected and the buyer still wants the property we make another offer a little higher. FOR SELLERS
Getting a home sold quickly and at the highest price the market will bear requires much more than putting a For Sale sign in your front yard, entering the listing on the MLS, and waiting for other Realtors to bring buyers. A successful Realtor must be proactive by having a strong and effective marketing program designed to reach the most buyers. Maximum exposure is the key to getting the highest price possible.
